Peter Karellas is the Head of Operations at 109Co. Peter oversees the firm’s core operating functions across asset and property management, leasing and marketing, and finance and accounting. Peter has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with a concentration in strategic asset management leadership.

Prior to joining 109Co, Peter led asset management and strategic planning of the NYC mixed-use portfolio for Olshan Properties, which included the Parkchester housing complex, an over $2BN investment comprising 12,271 units and 525,000 square feet of commercial space. Prior to that, Peter served as Chief of Staff, Asset Management at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NCY EDC), supporting revenue, contracts, and lease compliance across their citywide portfolio. Peter began his career at SL Green Realty Corp., where he led the management underwriting and portfolio analysis group across a 26MN SF portfolio of Class A office and mixed-use properties.

Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and is a Fulbright Scholar. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.
