Emilia de la Rosa is an Operations Associate and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner at 109Co. She supports the firm’s property management team across its East Coast portfolio, while also providing strategic administrative support to the leadership team. Emilia joined 109Co in August 2025, bringing a strong background in credit risk analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination.

Prior to 109Co, Emilia worked at Citibank as a Credit Risk Analyst, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across Latin America. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte.
